Shipping and Payment Information
IMPORTANT NOTE: PRICES LISTED ARE FOR ONLINE SALES ONLY! PRICES NOT ACCEPTABLE AT IN STORE LOCATIONS.
All purchases from Kaffenbarger Truck Equipment are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Kaffenbarger Truck Equipment is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.
All orders placed through the Kaffenbarer.com web site will be shipped via UPS unless specified otherwise to the shipping address provided by the user. Please note that the user can select shipping options available from UPS such as; Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Ground.
All orders placed through the Kaffenbarger.com web site that require to be shipped via truck freight (common carrier or flat-bed, not UPS) will be billed seperatly (after initial product purchase) for the freight charges. For an additional fee (charged by the carrier, not Kaffenbarger Truck Equipment), trucks with liftgates can be arranged to move your products from the bed of the truck to the ground, at that point it will be up to you to move the product. The shipping carrier will call and schedule delivery, at which time, you may request a liftgate and arrange payment with the carrier for that service. Please feel free to contact us for product specific freight charges before ordering any product that requires truck freight shipping.
Note: All orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will NOT be processed for shipping until the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will not be processed until Monday or the following business day we are open.
Kaffenbarger Truck Equipment makes no guarantees regarding shipping time and/or condition of product upon arrival via UPS or truck freight. Please contact the shipping provider to file a claim for any product that is damaged via UPS or truck freight shipping.
Kaffenbarger Truck Equipment accepts Visa and MasterCard online for your convenience. We do NOT accept any form of electronic check or money transfers at this time.

Sales Tax
Kaffenbarger Truck Equipment currently collects tax on purchases shipped to Ohio. If you have a valid tax-exemption claim, you must send us a properly completed exemption certificate before ordering.

Warranties
All products not manufactured by Kaffenbarger Truck Equipment are warranted by the manufacturer. For questions pertaining to warranties on purchases from Kaffenbarger.com, call us at 513-772-6800 Ext: 118. For in-store purchases, contact store personnel at the branch from which the purchase originated. Neither Kaffenbarger Truck Equipment nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer misuse of merchandise. If you call or write about defective merchandise, we must have the invoice, sales, or order number for the purchase in order to address a specific warranty issue.
